Toni “Tong” Chen, a former TransAmerica stockbroker, was barred by FINRA from the securities industry for failure to cooperate in an investigation into his involvement in a Ponzi scheme. According to the SEC, a global Ponzi scheme called CKB or CKB168 targeted Asian-Americans. CKB was advertised as a multilevel marketing company selling children’s educational toys online. Instead, it was a fraudulent Ponzi scheme. Apparently, Toni Chen acted as a senior promoter for this Ponzi scheme in the United States. If you have invested in a Ponzi scheme, you may be able to recover your losses. Contact the attorneys at Investor Defense Law LLP at no charge to find out whether you have a valid claim.
