Mark Foster of Stern Fisher Edwards was barred from the securities industry for failure to answer regulator inquiries into his alleged theft of over $2 million. His brokerage firm initially told FINRA that Mr. Foster had voluntarily resigned, only later disclosing that he was under investigation and that one of the brokerage firm’s clients had claimed Mr. Foster had stolen $625,000.
